  • Company Name: B.Y. Quantitative Medicine Limited (or BYQM for short). This is our official legal entity.
  • Brand & Store Name: BEYOND (or BEYOND Quantitative Medicine). This is our main commercial brand and the name of this online store.
  • Product Series Name: THE GUARDIANS. This is the name of our specific wellness product series (e.g., dietary supplements).
Simply put: You are browsing the BEYOND official store (hosted at theguardians.com.hk), legally operated by BYQM.

At BEYOND, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. 
Please review our policy below to understand the conditions and process for returns, cancellations, and exchanges.

2. Key Policy Summary
  • Beyond the Sunset (Book): You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Must be unread and in original condition.
  • The Guardians--Golden Latte (Supplement):
    • Pre-Order/Pre-Shipment: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the product ships.
    • Post-Shipment: FINAL SALE. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns once the product has left our facility.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective).
  • Refund Timeline: Once processed, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • How to Initiate a Return / Cancellation: 
    • Contact us directly (admin@byqmed.com / +852 3690 9228).
    • Log into your account, go to "Orders," find the order, and click "Apply Return Order."

3. Detailed Policy Sections
Return Eligibility & Timeframe
a. Educational Publications (Books): You have 7 (seven) calendar days from the confirmed date of delivery to initiate a return request. To be eligible, the book must meet the specific condition requirements outlined below.
b. Dietary Supplements (The Guardians--Golden Latte)
  • Pre-Shipment Cancellation: Since this product is currently in the pre-launch phase (scheduled for March/April 2026), you have the right to cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before you receive a shipment notification.
  • Post-Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for dietary supplements due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Condition Requirements
For Beyond the Sunset (Book):
  • The book must be in brand-new, resalable condition.
  • It must show no signs of reading, wear, or damage. This includes:
    • No bent pages, spines, or covers.
    • No markings, highlights, notes, or underlining.
    • No water damage or tears.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
For "The Guardians--Golden Latte" (Food Supplement) - Defective Claims Only:
  • If you are reporting a defect, the product must be returned with the factory safety seal visible (even if broken due to damage in transit).
  • Standard returns for "change of mind" are NOT accepted for supplements once shipped.
How to Return or Cancel an Order:

Option A: Email or Phone Request

  • Contact Us: Please email admin@byqmed.com or call +852 3690 9228.
  • Provide Details: Please provide your Order Number.

    • For emails, please use the subject line: "Cancel/Return Order [Your Order Number]".

  • Cancellation: If the item has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund for you immediately.

  • Return Shipping: If your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions. You must include a note with your Order Number inside the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Option B: Self-Service

  • Log In & Apply: Log in to your account, go to "Orders," locate the relevant order, and click "Cancel Order" or "Apply Return Order."
  • Wait for Approval: We will review your request within 24-48 business hours.
  • Return Shipping: If approved, you will receive return instructions. You must include a note with your Order Number inside the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds
  • Inspection: Upon receipt of returned books, our team will inspect the item to verify its condition.
  • Processing: Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
  • What is Refunded: The refund is for the product price only. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items & Situations
The following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:
  • Any Dietary Supplement (The Guardians--Golden Latte) once it has been shipped.
  • Any Beyond the Sunset book showing signs of use (bent pages, markings, etc.).
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse after delivery.
  • Items returned without a valid return authorization or after the 7-day window.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every order before dispatch. However, if you receive:
  • A "The Guardians--Golden Latte" package that is damaged or has a compromised seal upon arrival.
  • A Beyond the Sunset book that is damaged or incorrect.
Required Actions:
  • Contact us immediately within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the issue and the packaging.
  • Since the error was ours, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will reimburse your shipping cost upon receipt of the returned item.
  • Once verified, we will process a prompt replacement.

7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish for a different item, please initiate a return for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order on our website.
